Rilee was destined to stay in the herd, we just didn’t know it.  When Lucy did not settle to our LaMancha buck, she was bred to our Oberhasli buck, Rebel.  With only a few doe kids born in 2010, we decided to retain Rilee in the herd to help us prove Rebel.

With a long, level topline and beautiful rear legs, Rilee, was stunning as a young doe.  Shown only a few times as a kid, Rilee was always at the top of her class.

Although we have always vowed NOT to keep Recorded Grades, there was something special about Rilee from the time she was born.  Take a look at Rilee’s pedigree, and you’ll see why we truly believe Rilee will be an asset to our herd.

If you are looking for a pet, a 4-H project doe, or a sweet tempered backyard doe to fill the milk pail, there is no doubt that Rilee’s daughters can meet all expectations!  We can’t wait to see Rilee with a 2nd freshening…she impressed us as a yearling, and we can’t wait to see what she has to offer as a 2-year old!!  Rilee was bred to Cruiser for  March kids…which will be 3/4 Oberhasli, 1/4 LaMancha.
